Small businesses, as well as the tourism and banking sector will receive additional financial support. So, small businesses that have 5 employees or less and have lost more than 25% of profits will receive financial assistance from the state.
The government has extended the deadline for filing tax returns: now the deadline is May 31. VAT has been reduced by 2%.
Special social benefits are also provided:
- One of the parents, forced to take parental leave (until 15 years old), since schools and kindergartens have closed. If he has a salary of up to 2,500 euros, from the first thousand euros he will receive 60%, from the second – 40%. A parent raising a child alone will receive 70% and 50%, respectively.
- A working parent or a parent with unemployment benefits will not receive this support. Everyone who is on sick leave or in quarantine will receive up to 800 euros – upon presentation of a certificate from the attending physician.
- Students studying abroad and choosing not to come on vacation will receive a one-time payment of 750 euros.
In addition, more than 100 thousand euros have already been allocated for the purchase of medical equipment and the strengthening of security measures. Ambulances and hospitals will get everything you need.
