The 2-levels villa is uniquely designed, decorated and furnished by the studio of Roberto Cavalli. The curtains and lighting are included in the selling price. The furniture can be a matter of negotiation.
The two master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms whilst the other two bedrooms share one family bathroom. There is an additional water closet on the ground floor. This property benefits from the under-floor heating, a big fireplace and a sauna that make the residents feel warm and comfortable for their perfect winters. There is a large, fully equipped modern Miele kitchen with a kitchen island in the middle, and an open-plan dining and living areas that lead to the semi-conservatory with an amazing sea view. The kitchen equipment includes the fridge, refrigerator, cooking panel, oven, hood, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, wine box. All bathrooms are fitted with Villeroy & Boch pieces. The beautiful garden of the property has a range of different flowers which grow up under the line of the trees: orange, grapefruit, pomelo, and kumquat. The semi-conservatory with the B&Q gives the residents a chance to hide from the heat in the summertime or to enjoy the warmness of the Mediterranean climate in winter months. The villa has a car parking area for two cars, one of them is covered with a leafy pergola. Also, there is off-road parking next to the villa.
The location and the environmental aspect
Aphrodite Hill Holiday Residence and Resort is located nearby Kouklia Village, between Paphos and Limassol. There are a variety of tourist attractions within an hour drive from the resort, and depending on the residents’ preferences some suggestions include Petra tou Romiou and Sanctuary of Aphrodite, Kolossi Castle, Agios Neophytos Monastery, ancient Kourium and Sanctuary of Apollon Ylatis, Paleopaphos Museum etc. The resort is about 15 minutes drive to Paphos International Airport and Larnaca International Airport is located about an hour and 15 minutes east of the Aphrodite Hills.
This resort has been specially designed to decrease the human’s impact on the natural landscape and ecosystem. The sea breezes and solar energy were taken into account as advantages to conserve the energy of the project. Existing vegetation in non-built-up areas is retained but within the development, the trees were transplanted. All plants in public areas need minimum water and maintenance requirements.
